why in america we always in a postion to need help. i have look for help and not recieve in my time of need when is this going to stop

i'am a wife i'am not a mother yet but i recently became a wife. the most happiest day of my life. my husband who is from RUSSIA .a week after our wedding he became very ill. he had psychotic breakdown.if ever know anyone with mental illness you know it is serious. i never knew any intill my husband. its' been hell.i had to take on all responsblity of everything. ihad to take a leave of abstience fom my job.we have know money.i need help. never asked for it before but i'am in the situation now i need it.we all was place on earth to help one another.i have know money but i'am helping my husband were myneeds come last.he cant' work .its' up to me to help him.my sistuation is the worst of the worst because i'am desperate.were is the help that i need. i'am simple woman with dreams of children and a home i can call my own.but now i just want my husband to get better.please help us please.
